Ingredients :
Apple Oats Smoothie :
Roughly chopped apple – 1 medium
Oats – 2 tbsp
Peanut butter – 1 tbsp
Yogurt – 5 tbsp
Maple syrup – 1 tsp
Cashew Banana Blueberry Smoothie :
Banana – 1
Blueberry – 1 cup
Cashew – 1/4 cup
Yogurt – 5 tbsp
Water – 1/4 cup
