2 Healthy and Simple Smoothie recipe

Ingredients:

Method 1:

Oats – 1/4 cup
Banana – 1
Roasted peanuts – 2tbsp
Seedless Dates – 3 small
Water – 1+1/4 cup

For garnishing
Roasted and crushed peanuts
Melon seeds, pumpkin seeds and chia seeds
(Use any dry fruits and nuts of your choice)

Method 2:

Oats – 1/4 cup
Banana – 1
Unsweetened cocoa powder – 1tbsp
Seedless Dates – 3 small
Water – 1+1/4 cup
Chia seed – 1/2 tbsp

For garnishing
Roasted and crushed peanuts
Melon seeds and pumpkin seeds
(Use any dry fruits and nuts of your choice)
