2-Ingredients Chocolate Ganache

Ingredients:
250 ml full fat coconut from a can (1 cup)
120 g chocolate chips (3/4 cup)

Ingredients:
1. Add chocolate chips or chunks and coconut milk (from a can) to a heatproof bowl.
2. Set the bowl over a pot with a few inches of simmering water, making sure the bottom of the bowl doesn’t touch the water — this is called a double boiler.
3. Heat on low, stirring often, until the chocolate is fully melted and the mixture is smooth.
4. Pour into small serving cups or ramekins.
5. Chill in the fridge for at least 2–3 hours, or until set.
6. Serve chilled as a dessert, or stir to loosen and use as a rich filling for cakes or other treats.
