Anyone has any alternative for condensed milk I don’t have any, does milk with sugar work, I know it’s not as thick but idk what to do

You will get better if you put cocoa 80g and milk powder 60g it'll be easier to put it in plastic wrap and only needs 10m to freeze it will be more like fudge

I tried it and freeze for 30 min and it didn't work so I freezed it for another 30 min and it's still very liquidy ,what did I do wrong?
