  2. *Problem*: Oats contain phytic acid which blocks iron and other minerals from being absorbed by the body.
    *Solution*: Let the oats soak over night (or at least 30mins) in that milk or any other liquid 😉

    We've all have told a lie, or looked a someone with lustful thoghts and more.
    And that makes us liars and adulteres at heart and even more.

    We've all broken the law, sinned against God, our works are like filthy rags before a holy God, so He send himself, Jesus, to die for our own sins on the cross, so that anyone who believes that Jesus is Lord and that he rose from the dead 3 days after his death in that cross, shall not perish or being punished for our sins and going to hell, but have everlasting life in heaven. Not good merit, not good works, not giving to the poor, not letting the old lady sit on the seat, but only in believing that Jesus Christ is Lord and that he rose from the dead.
