    🔹 Freeze 2 lbs of Lean Beef (I used eye of round) for 1-2 hours to make slicing easier.
    🔹 Slice against the grain into thin strips (1/4 to 1/8 inch).
    🔹 Make the Marinade by combining 1 cup Cheerwine Soda, 1 cup Pineapple Juice, 3 chopped Jalapeños, 1/4 cup Soy sauce, 2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce, 1 tbsp Brown Sugar, 1 tsp Garlic Powder, 1 tsp Onion Powder, 1/2 tsp Black Pepper, 1/4 tsp Salt, and 1/2 Smoked Paprika.
    🔹 Combine the Beef Strips with the Marinade in a ziplock bag, shake well, and place in the fridge overnight.
    🔹 Space out the Marinated Strips on a wire rack, and place in a smoke
