1-2 lbs chicken
1/3 cup red rooster or franks red hot
2 tbsp mustard
1 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tsp paprika
1 tbsp extra virgen olive oil

Boil chicken for 15-20 min on medium heat the shred with a fork or hand mixer to shred the chicken faster. Add the sauce and seasoning in a large bowl and coat the chicken in the sauce.
