🥣 ingredients:
7oz | 200g | 1 cup yellow lentils
1 medium sweet potato
green onions
2 garlic cloves
8oz | 250ml | 1 cup non-dairy milk

Seasoning:
1/2tsp Korean chilli flakes (Gochugaru) – optional
1/2tsp Italian herbs
Season with salt
1/2tsp garlic powder
1/4tsp turmeric powder
1/2tsp onion powder
1tsp baking powder
Tomato sauce
Chopped parsley

❗Feel free to add your favourite herbs and spices to the recipe to get your favourite flavour.
❗You can substitute Korean chilli flakes (gochugaru)for crushed red pepper flakes or cayenne pepper.

  1. The video is way too slow making it very long. please consider speeding up in some parts like when you are chopping or stirring or adding salt etc just to shorten the watching time. Some things are too obvious in cooking and you can speed them up.

  2. Lentils are amazing probably one of the healthiest and tastiest veg!! I would leave half whole though as i love the texture.

  3. Has to order yellow lentils from Amazon as they are not available where I live. Made this today and it is very good but I don't think I used the right kind of skillet to cook it in or else had the wrong temperature. When I flipped it some stuck to the bottom and then I had to clean out the skillet put it back in and finish cooking it. How deep and big is the skillet you used and what temperature did you cook it on. Even though mine came out in pieces it's delicious and I definitely will make it again.

  5. Good to see that lentil dosa in different format (accomodating to English food culture) is presented. In India, this is named as Dosa. Where we flatten up the batter aand spread it. Any types of vegetables coould be added to it.
