* 1/2 tsp Desi ghee
* Fresh mango
* Chopped pistachios (optional)

Instructions 🍽️
1. Make the base: Crumble millet cookies and mix with a little ghee. Press into small bowls/glasses.
2. Add a mango layer: Pour a thin layer of mango puree over the base.
3. Make the cheesecake mix: Blend paneer, hung curd, protein powder & sweetener till creamy.
4. Layer it: Pour this over the mango layer and smooth the top.
5. Chill in the fridge for 3-4 hours or overnight.
