Slow-cooked Smoked BBQ beef shoulder on the Pellet Smoker for 26 hours. Texas BBQ used to look like this before brisket hit the scene. I use this standard test whenever I get a new pit, and this LSG Pellet Smoker passed with flying colors!

Inspired by this video i just tried a shoulder clod on my weber smokefire.
How do I contact you i received a message from you on YouTube saying you have a prize for me
You've come a long way from a Weber and POS offset
Been looking at Traegers. May have to save a little longer and get an LSG.
Hi Greg! Fantastic job!
Nice!
Do you think a less expensive pellet grill could pull that off? tks
I'll keep my stick burner, but wow. That was an impressive cook.
That you hung up the camera greg!
I'll never try that but respect for your doing it. Holy shit! 26 hrs!
Perfect bark! Thanks again Greg!
I'm buying that pit brother!
does anybody know what happened to salty tales channel? searching for ninja?
The beauty of a smoke ring! What happened at the end?
Nice seeing you Greg! Cheers!
Head to head with YS pls
I've seen your other shoulder videos. You're a badass!
I'm trying this on my Pit Boss! Thank you for the inspiration!
🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Wow dude that was an amazing cook, I never did one but you got me thinking!!!!!! Thank you for the shout out brother and I am so glad you like that LSG pellet grill!!! Hands down I also have never ran one that runs as good as this pit!!!!
I'm curious about your choice to cook fat side up on the bottom grate. I'm sure you know most guys go fat down to protect from the heat. I added a second shelf to my pellet grill for the express purpose of fat up cooks, not to make more space.
oh noo the taste test now you have to do it again ^^
Hey! I never owned a grill, so maybe this question is silly. How come the grills don't get rusty with the rain?
Looks amazing, for sure. Cheers, Greg! 👍👍✌️
Isn't there a song about not raining in ca? Amazing job Greg!
How do like like that compared to the yoder?
I'd never try that cook, but it sure did look good.
Where have you been Greg!!!!! Thanks for the video!
Dude! Epic freaking cook! That pit ain't no Walmart special!
The Wrangler style!
Wow!!! I really should have cooked mine without it wrapped in butcher twine. It looks much better when it is all splayed out.
What was the surface you trimmed and seasoned the clod on?
P.S. I have never wanted a Pellet BBQ more than I do right now. That Lonestar Grillz Pellet Smoker looks to be an amazing BBQ.
Man o man that clod looked AMAZING!!! I remember you did this on a rec tec back in the day. I’ve always wanted to cook a piece of meat this long but just haven’t gotten to it yet. Great video Greg!!
When is Big Meat Sunday coming back
That smoke ring at the end got me a little choked up. It bet it was quite the experience eating it. Thanks for another great video
Home run 👍
