Hi Chef, I'm Korean in Singapore and I've never seen a beef tongue dish before. Can't imagine what it'd taste like. The Thai Beef salad looks good.

Whenever I see the phrase "Asian salad" I think of the comedian Margaret Cho – "This is not the chicken salad of my people!" Tongue makes good sandwiches. My father worked in a Jewish delicatessen in Brooklyn NY, so I grew up eating all sorts of Kosher cold cuts. Tongue was one of my favorites, stacked on chewy rye bread with mustard.
