Mam kya apne lab test kia hai coz bahut si company jo protein content batate hai zyada tar protein content 2-3 gram kam hi milti hai so 20 gram protein for 1 serving than i think 18 g protein milegi which is very less we should get at least 26 g of protein from 1 serving tabhi to hum baki k 20-30 g protein food se consume kr k apna protein intake apne weight aur age k according puri kr skte hai plus jo veg protein powder hai HK VITALS ki usme sirf 12 g protein per 1 serving isse better to 2 eggs khale 12 g protein mil jaegi phir 1000 kyu khrch kare market me within 2k k under protein bhi milti hai jo 26g above protein deti hai no maltodextrin no added sugar natural filtration & whey protein i think being a nutritionist you should make a video on these kind of authentic protein genuine 🙏🙏
