2 tablespoons (30g) Better than Bouillon chicken base
1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt plus more to taste
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
1/4 teaspoon granulated garlic
2 tablespoons (30g) Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons (42g) honey
1 tablespoon (15ml) white vinegar
1/2 cup (120g) mayonnaise plus more as needed
3/4 cup (80g) sliced almonds
1/4 cup (20g) sliced green onions
Waldorf Chicken Salad
Ingredients
3 large chicken breasts, about 1 1/2 pounds (680g)
2 tablespoons (30g) Better than Bouillon chicken base
1 teaspoon salt plus more to taste
