Easy Pizza Monkey Bread Recipe
32 ounces refrigerated canned biscuits, cut into quarters
3- 6 ounces pepperoni, sliced
2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
1/3 cup butter, melted
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon garlic powder

marinara sauce, for dipping

Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Place foil on top to prevent too much browning if pizza monkey bread starts to get to brown toward end of baking.

Banana Monkey Bread Recipe
2¾ cups baking mix
2 Tbsp. cinnamon
¼ cup sugar
1½ cup mashed ripe bananas (equivalent to 3 large bananas)
½ cup butter or margarine, melted
¼ cup sugar

Preheat the oven to 350°. Grease a 9×13 inch pan. Mix sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl. Mash the banana in a mixing bowl. Make sure you pack the mashed banana in your measuring cups after sweeping off the excess to precisely measure 1 1/2 cups. Add to the mixing bowl.

Stir in self-rising flour. When it starts to look crumbly, use your hands to knead and press the dough together. It will be very sticky, which is normal. Keep kneading until it forms a ball of dough.

Clean your hands, oil them with oil, and rub some oil on your work surface and all around the dough.

Divide the dough into balls – they don’t have to be perfect, but roughly the same size – about the size of a golf ball. Set aside.

Roll each dough ball into melted butter and cinnamon sugar prepared before.

Place the dough balls in the prepared pan. Arrange them next to each other to form a first layer, then stack them up in the pan until all the balls are in the pan.

Bake on the center rack of the oven for 20-25 minutes at 350° until golden brown and puffy.

Flip the bread upside down on a wooden board and let it cool down to room temperature.

Serve plain or with a drizzle of buttercream icing.

  1. as a point of an idea.. that I discovered. If you peel the banana before you freeze them, then put in a ziploc baggie.. when you thaw them out, not in the microwave btw, there is the most intense bana flavor left in the baggie. if you add that into vodka, it will keep it from spoiling and you will have the best REAL banana extract you ever tasted. When you cook with it, the alcohol evaporates, but you can also set an open jar inside your crockpot with the lid off and water about 1/3 to 1/2 of the way up the container, and the heat will get rid of the alcohol in the extract, then make sure you seal it tightly. Is good for about 6 months with out the alcohol in it, and about 2 years with the alcohol included. Definitely an improvement over all that nasty fake bitter banana extract flavor out there, and super easy to make,.

  2. Have been watching you a long time you and hubby just make me smile every time I watch you guys so fun loving couple reminding me of me and my husband been married in August will be 23 years hug from Debbie in Lakeview Oregon

  3. I'm glad I found your channel. I tried almost all of your Christmas candy. I have a tip for you about bananas. I used to grow them in my back yard in my country Puerto Rico. When they are turning soft and with spots in the skin, peel them, put them in a plastic zip bag and then freeze them. Sometimes if you freeze them with the skin they can become a bit bitter. They will be easier to defrost for all you baking and, they are awesome with ice cream, bananas foster and if you have dogs they are the perfect frozen treat on hot days. Cheers
