3 EASY SMOOTHIE RECIPES | Vegan & Healthy | Melon, Berry, & Tropical Smoothies



Hi everyone, today’s video I’m showing you how to make 3 healthy and colourful vegan smoothies! Be sure to check out the recipes below!

TROPICAL SMOOTHIE

1 ripe banana
1 & 1/2 cups frozen mango
1/2 cup canned pineapple (can also use fresh or frozen)
1 cup almond milk
3/4 tsp minced fresh ginger
3 tsp fresh lime juice (can also use lemon juice)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
a little bit of shredded sweetened coconut (optional)

BERRY SMOOTHIE

1 cup canned cherries (can also use frozen)
1/2 cup frozen raspberries
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1 cup almond milk
1/2 cup vegan vanilla yogurt (I used Silk brand)
1 tbsp ground flaxseed

MELON SMOOTHIE

2 cups ripe melon (honeydew or cantaloupe)
1/2 small ripe avocado
1 cup almond milk
1/4 cup chopped fresh mint
3 tbsp lemon juice (can also use lime juice)
agave syrup to taste (optional)

  1. Heyyyy! Thanks for stopping by my channel. Hmm…never really experimented much with my smoothie. I always go back to the typical tropical or banana smoothie. Haha. Your Melon smoothie sounds amazing, might give it a go if I am feeling adventurous. 🙂
