  1. Those recipes look good! I've used peppermint oil and make peppermint tea sometimes, but I've never used fresh mint leaves before.

I finally got around to making the chocolate chip pumpkin cookies fairly recently but I haven't made a FB post about it yet. My 8yo wanted to make cookies, so that's the recipe we used. Although I did add some cinnamon to it. We didn't have any maple syrup, so I made a trip to the store to get some. If I have opportunity to make that recipe again before rapture, I'll probably add a little pumpkin pie spice too. I ended up making an extra half recipe because I wanted to use all the pumpkin, and it was enough to make 17 cookies.

I get fresh cranberries at Aldi. I'm not sure if your location has Aldi but it's a great place to get a lot of things. I get goat cheese and feta cheese from Aldi and a lot of our fresh produce.

We're literally down to days before rapture. I've been busy putting plastic on the windows and I bought some blankets and fabric to help block cold air drafts. I can't tell you how much I look forward to Jesus coming back because the weather will be perfect all the time! No more freezing cold days and no more scorching hot days. This Christmas, those who are born again and rapture ready before rapture will spend Christmas in Heaven and I can't wait! It will be the best Christmas ever, celebrating Jesus' birthday!

God bless and keep you and yours always! 🙂
