  1. Can you speak any fast?///// slow down when naming ingredients….you need to rewind your video 10 times to write down the ingredients. Good smoothies if you you have 30 minutes to rewind and replay a dozen times.

  2. My understanding is that a true green smoothie doesn't have any of these high sugar fruits you're putting in it. That's the whole point. Diabetics like me can have green smoothies but not normal smoothies. If it's a true green smoothie. Does anybody else understand a green smoothie to avoid all the sugary ingredients?

  3. Look up Dr. Gundry's channel! Sugar is poison, including fruit sugars. All about seasonal eating, and small proportions. BE CAREFUL!!! Cashews, peanuts, chia seeds, and unblanched (skins) almonds are a big NO NO! Because they have gut wall/microbiome destroying lectins. Cucumber skins and seeds have lectins. Fiber is crucial for the good gut buddies. Flax seeds/meal and agave inulin (not the syrup) are good. Avocado is a must!

    Things like Coconut Nectar has 11g of sugar in 1 tspn. All labels are allowed to hide sugar in the "Total Carbs" section.
    Take that section grams – minus the dietary fiber grams + plus the sugar section grams and that gives you the true sugar content.
    For example: 2 Cups of Blueberries actually contain 50 grams of sugar.
