#1 – Fruit Smoothie
2 cups: fruit blend
1 medium banana
1 tbsp: chia seeds
2 tbsp: protein powder
1/2 tbsp: agave
1 cup: almond milk

#2 – Green Smoothie
2 handfuls of spinach
1/2 medium banana
1/2 cup: frozen strawberries
1/2 cup: frozen mango
1/2 cup: frozen pineapple
1 cup: orange juice

#3 – Nut Butter Smoothie
1 medium banana
2 tbsp: protein powder
3 dates
2 tbsp: almond butter
1 handful of ice
1 cup: almond milk
