Ingredients:
2 cups Self-raising flour
1 cup Yoghurt
½ tsp Salt
Steps:
1. Combine self-raising flour, yoghurt, and salt together.
2. Mix to form a soft dough. Divide into 6 equal pieces.
3. Dust a little flour on your work surface and roll out the dough about 3mm thick.
4. Heat a non-stick pan on medium-low heat and cook for 30-40 seconds on each side.
5. Keep the cooked flatbreads covered with a kitchen towel or foil. This will also keep the flatbreads softer.
