These sweet and delicious Homemade Raffaello Coconut Balls with condensed milk and almonds make for a great quick dessert or even an edible present! They are extremely easy to make and only uses 3 simple ingredients.

INGREDIENTS:
• 2 cups organic shredded coconut + more for rolling (
• 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
• 18 organic blanched almonds (

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. In a bowl, combine 2 cups of shredded coconut with the entire can of condensed milk.
2. Stir the mixture and allow it to sit for a few minutes until the coconut absorbs the milk.
3. If the mixture appears too wet, you can add a bit more coconut flakes.
4. With damp hands, scoop out portions of the mixture and roll them between your palms to form balls.
5. Place an almond in the center of each ball.
6. Set up a plate with shredded coconut for coating the balls.
7. Roll each ball in the shredded coconut until fully coated.
8. Refrigerate for an hour before serving, or store them in an airtight container in the freezer. Enjoy!
