  1. More of a slushie than a smoothie but I swear by it : 3 1/2 cups frozen strawberries (no sugar added), 1 1/2 – 2 (depending on your preference of thickness) cups of ice, 4 cups of regular orange juice. This makes 2 servings. To make it more sweet than a little sour add a spoon (or two) of sugar into it and blend 🙂
