This makes 2 servings:
2 1/2 cups / 14 oz. frozen strawberries (600 ml / about 400 g)*
juice of 1 lemon
optional: 1 tablespoon maple syrup (or honey if you don’t have ibs)

1. Add all the ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth
2. Serve immediately!

*If you are on the elimination phase of the low-FODMAP diet, use 65g of strawberries per serving, and replace the rest with some frozen pineapples, for example!🍍
