5-6 medium oranges ( 2 +1/2 cups of orange juice (600ml))
2-3 tbsp of honey (depends on the oranges sweetness)
1/2 cup of cornstarch (65g)
for garnish (optional):
some desiccated coconut
candied cherries and mint leaves

Has anyone tried this with Pineapple? I think that would be delicious and with the coconut it would have a pina colada taste to it.
Sólo unas observaciones, la miel cuando se calienta se vuelve tóxica, por tanto podemos usar Stevia, fruto del Monge u otro. La fruta pierde su vitamina C al cocinarla, y la pulpa es fibra, yo se la dejaría. Para disfrutar de un postre menos dañino, ésta es muuuy buena opción, con esos pequeños cambios. Yo si lo haré. Disculpe mi intromisión.
