  1. I just made the asparagus tortellini tonight and it was fantastic! I would use a little less tortellini and more pasta water. I also added some mushrooms. Don’t overcook the tortellini and serve it warm—not hot—and it was delicious. When browning the chicken I also used some diced onion and garlic.

  2. I recently found your site. I subscribed. After binge watching about 15 vids, I bought your e-book for my Kindle. The book is so well organized, and the recipes are great. It's becoming our go-to source for ideas and meal prep. Our son is enjoying cooking the recipes as well. Thank you for posting! Blessings and health on you and yours and all who read this! 😘👍😇💖

  3. Loving to cook I watch LOTS of YouTube cooking channels.
For many reasons, I really love your channel! Thank you for all your hard work & effort to provide all the amazing dishes & recipes you do!
And your sweet smile and naturally sunny disposition are the sugar & cream on top with your channel!

  4. I love the recipes! Colorful and delic ! Only thing I never ever do is add garlic at the same time as onion… might be just me but I believe onion can take so much more beating than garlic and therefore its usually my last item to add unless bunch of liquids burry it and won't give it chance to burn. No complaints here tho and be all safe and healthy guys !

  5. "So I'm adding some artichoke hearts to this. If you don't love them…" YOU CAN LEAVE THE CHANNEL! Haha; sorry, but I love artichoke hearts and they are so good with pasta (or just straight out of the jar, frankly) and if you don't like them… I think you're missing out. 😉
