Tre stelle Michelin e poi fanno la carbonara… Ma non si sentono un po ridicoli?
My dude, for your information, this is not the real Italian carbonara recipe.
As an Italian I love you man ahahah. Btw Gualtiero Marchesi is a great chef, without a doubt, even thought personally I would hard skip on his version of carbonara 😅😂.
We do not care about your fancy excuses. Dont put fucking cream in it
Owe not one Italian no apology… be a bona fide rebel in your cooking
Your lawyers just barely made it acceptable…
"thank you" translates to… "so, shut it"
I don't care how you make it, but if you only give 4 little pieces of guanciale like that, we're fighting!
Earlier versions of carbonara had cream . Modern carbonara seems to have conflated cacio e pepe with carbonara. Also lots of Italian pasta dishes in Italy have cream. It's such a stupid argument
I'm gonna give this a try, because when I tried making carbonara before I just kept getting pasta with cheesy scrambled eggs. Just couldn't pull it off, so maybe the cream will help.

"I used the Italians to destroy the Italians"
Honestly I prefer the taste of no cream.
The disclaimer😂
Purtroppo negli anni 80 la panna in Italia era usata in qualsiasi piatto 😅 ma per fortuna siamo nel 2025 😂
Half of the video shows masterclass in De-escalation
Pasta is really overrated. It’s just a lot of effort and only very rarely, it taste great
@thepastaqueen your thoughts
Cant believe we need clout to tell italian-americans to kick rocks with whatever they believe to be true italian cuisine.
Or even real italians. No one in that country can agree for shit there
Only naughty people would put that much cream in; (but there are a lot of us about) 😉
