  1. oohh like a shepherds pie but with the chicken alfredo spin?? I have lots of visions of that idea! lol yum! Your son has such a cute sense of humor! I hope my 15yr old twins start having more of that instead of the grumps all the time! lol

  2. I forget ingredients ALL THE TIME. Made a simple cranberry orange muffin mix the other day. Forgot the can of berries. Had to pull all the batter iut of the cups and mix it in. 🙄 ended up great! Off topic Tip to save money on eggs…used Bobs Red Mill (or other brand) Egg substitute powder. 34 “eggs” for $5. Could be cheaper elsewhere. Our store prices are very high here.

  3. Love this video. Got a few good laughs too. Totally entertaining, especially your kitty crashing the party. I like using canned chicken for making chicken salad too. So many ways 😀you can use it in meals. Love your helper David. Thanks for sharing your recipe ideas.

  4. Love love love your Chanel !!! And Gracie is the sweetest ….. Was thinking that the chicken Alfredo would be amazing with mushrooms instead of the shells !!!!
Thanks for all the amazing ideas !!!
    Cheers !!!

  5. It is important to have emergency food for "just in case" situations it is equally important to learn how to make meals out of it in order to rotate and be accustomed to the meals. Just eating plain canned chicken would get old in a hurry.

  6. Mandy! Please go to computer and look up "what in cooking sprays ruins bake ware". Lecithin is in all cooking sprays that I've read. It ruined one of my favorite baking dishes. It stars to get gummy and will not wash off. It also voids the warranty on some cookware. I went back to using butter and flour. It works great. Oh yes, I love your show. Keep them coming

  7. New subscriber here! I live alone and have been looking for budget friendly, easy meals to prepare, with leftovers. Your videos are just what I was looking for! Looking forward to getting to know you and your family. Thank you! 🙂

  8. These recipes look great particularly the Mexican flavored one. I also wanted to comment on your Instagram reel. We have been using Simply Modern for a couple of years now. The are the best. Our ice stays frozen for more than 24hours so we are constantly refilling our water bottles. The cups keep coffee warm for several hours. Big thumbs up.

  9. I already buy the canned chicken but always make the same casserole. I find myself coming to your channel to try other things. My family loved the Buffalo chicken pizza and the BBQ chicken pizza. Thank you for all these recipes

  10. I have a jar of Alfredo sauce I need to use, and some imitation crab chunks. I may try this tomorrow, but use egg noodles as I don't have ricotta. Maybe use a little Old Bay in the sauce too. What do you think?

  11. I have a recipe similar to the stuffed shells that you made that also has a bag of frozen spinach squeezed out and mixed in to the filling, and I top it with bread crumbs. I always use panko, but I think the original recipe has Italian bread crumbs. That little bit of crunch make it so much better to me. I haven't made my recipe in ages. I think you've inspired me!

  12. I love when gracy meows. My little boy is pretty quiet. But sometimes he’ll come up to me randomly and meow. I ask him “what do you want?” And he just walks back out the room. I guess that’s just his way of saying “hi mama. I’m here.” 😒😂

  13. Loved the video ! Super excited to see you using the crocheted dish cloths I sent you. When the camera filmed the sink I had to rewind and do a double take and was like hey that’s my dish cloth !!! Thank you for all you and your family do to brighten our day with your content. Emily from NC

  14. I love using canned chicken in my chicken dishes as it is so quick and easy. Also if the chicken is chunky, I chop it in my mini food processor to shred it up. That would be good for using in these shells. It looks so good. Gotta try it some time. 🙂
