  2. I made the bunny cupcakes for Easter this year and I was SO impressed! They were easy to do, and came out just like you showed in your videos! The only issue I had was piping the icing, the swirls were not as good as yours, and I ended up using a knife, but 5 stars and everyone loved them! I am also now a total convert to the white cake mix instead of yellow.. wow! I can't believe I missed out all these years! Thanks for the great idea!

I'm a baker and i work with chocolate a lot. first, wilton candy melts are horrible lol. i hate them. i buy the "make n mold" brand from hobby lobby or my local grocery store and color them myself using oil based candy colors. second, i melt them slowly in the microwave in 15 second intervals and stir every time. comes out perfect, hope this info helps.
