  1. Holy cow (punintentional)! The tamale/chili corn bread casserole was SO good! I will never make troublesome keto chili again with 85 million random ingredients again. The chorizo was just mind blowing/totally genius!!!! And that cornbread crust recipe. So clean and just so tasty. Can wait to make the pizza puffs next. Do you know how many servings these recipes make? Sorry if I missed that info. Ty for all you do!!!

  2. $1000 🤣 From August last year my 3 little cluckers didn’t lay any eggs and I threatened them they’d go in the pot if they didn’t sort themselves out! The started laying 2 weeks ago so now I’m getting average of 2 eggs a day, yippee! I live in the uk and at the moment avian flu is only in a few areas.

  3. That looks yummy! Anyway, here's a simple chocolate brownie recipe for you to enjoy:

    Ingredients:
    – 1 cup (200g) granulated sugar
    – 1/2 cup (115g) unsalted butter, melted
    – 2 large eggs
    – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    – 1/3 cup (40g) unsweetened cocoa powder
    – 1/2 cup (65g) all-purpose flour
    – 1/4 teaspoon salt
    – 1/4 teaspoon baking powder

    Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour in an 8-inch square baking pan.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted butter and sugar. Stir until well combined.

Beat in the eggs, one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.

Add the cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder to the mixture. Stir until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.

Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it out evenly.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs (not wet batter).

Allow the brownies to cool in the pan before slicing and serving.
