  2. I make the best smoothies. Lou Corona came up with a green juice called gorilla milk, but I've come up with a smoothie called gorilla milkshake. You just put a few bananas in a blender, one avocado, and then your favourite nut milk. You then add your favourite green powder. I find that wheatgrass juice powder tastes the best. And then blend. It tastes like magic. It's like a sweet, creamy green milkshake. I decided to call it gorilla milkshake lol.

  4. I've been eating a green smoothie almost every day for the past five or six years – they are my absolute favorite food in the world!!! I use a lot of greens ( arugula, chard, lettuce, wild greens), red cabbage, cauliflower, pumpkin – any type of veg I have available, plus a couple of raw olives ( freeze these during the season and then use them daily), two or three garlic cloves, some black pepper, and of course seasonal juicy fruit like peaches or oranges and some homemade dried fruit, such as figs, plums or cherries for sweetness. Avocado, hemp, pumpkin or sunflower seeds for the healthy fats. You can make so many versions and have fun and get creative with all the different ingredients. A kaleidoscope of taste sensations! Always different but unfailingly delicious!
