Pineapple Cheese Casserole
2 (15 oz) cans pineapple chunks (drained, but juices reserved)
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup pineapple juice (from reserved juices)
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 -1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed (depends on how much topping you’d prefer)
1/4 cup butter, sliced
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a large bowl, combine the first 5 ingredients. Spread into a greased 8×8 baking dish.
Top with crushed crackers and butter slices.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
