Our chicken breast video did so well last month that I really wanted to share with you these 3 ways to make chicken thighs, including how to bake them in the oven, cook them in a pan, and make boneless and skinless chicken thighs. The key to oven baked chicken is to cook it at 400 F for 50 minutes, and make sure to pay the chicken skin dry. The boneless and skinless chicken thigh has a tasty spice rub on it and is cooked in the pan until crusty. The pan seared and oven baked chicken thigh is my favorite technique, wait to you see how crispy the skin is and how juicy the meat is. Let us know what other kitchen basics videos you want to see. I don't know if I should make fun of the cameraman cuz he didn't know the answer , or praise the cameraman because he's so focused on his job he doesn't pay attention to what you say 😆
The boneless skinless spice rub, it's been my fav ever since finding this a few years ago. Delish
not me who has just sliced and diced my thighs to then come onto youtube to see if there is a best way to cook them – guy immediately starts off with full, untouched chicken thighs 🙄 well i'm fucked; let me just get the first aid kit and stitch these bad-boys back together..
Is it ok to eat the skin?
Love the Billy Madison references!!!

Hi, should I cook chicken in medium heat? or high heat is okay
There are two terms: Guys and Gals.
But the word 'guys' has been adopted to include both genders.
Of the two terms, why has GUYS been adopted? Why not 'gals' ?
The answer is that there is a higher societal value to being male than there is to being female.
Why are males bothered when addressed as 'gals' but females are assumed not to be bothered when addressed as 'guys' ?
Why are women allowed to dress like men, but men cannot dress like women ?
Why can women adopt men's names but men can't adopt women's names?
There is a higher societal value to being male than there is to being female.
It's SEXISM in speech and writing.
Drop "Guys".
The word ''Folks'' is better.
"today were gonna rock chicken thighs" is a script written by a mormon
I made these years ago and always come back to this video because they are so delicious. awesome stuff
Billy Madison
I was looking for this so hard and I FINALLY FOUND ITTTTT YASSSSS
Can we make in Steam Oven
Thank you!
I am new to cooking and always worry if I don't cook the chicken all the way through.
What about all the fat on the thighs? Do you leave it on and eat the fat? Can you tell I never had chicken thighs before? I grew up with a mother who was a terrific cook, and I learned from her. But, she NEVER cooked chicken thighs, so I never learned. I HAVE tried cooking it, but no matter what I do, there's so much fat on it! My dog likes it, but it takes me forever to get the fat off!

8 minutes skin down on Medium high heat… am I the only person turning the skin to a charcoal 😢? Help please!
I'm 28 and never cooked chicken thigh before. Wish me luck
Billy Madison 😂 love that movie!
Way to long video 😮
My dad eats ONLY chicken breasts, he doesn't like or buy any other part of the chicken.
After weeks of mocking and begging he bought a bag of chicken thighs and said "this can be the first of many or first and last". I'm watching every single video to make it the better meal he ever had.
Loved this. Can't wait to cook my chicken. Full if info and humor love it. I'll subscribe. Liked the realness of this video. Thanks for the help. My kids will love the chicken
But did he wash his chicken?
Youre the man. I still come back to this recipe… I enjoyed your drama on fake ice cream recently, too

That's dumb. You have a hot skillet that's hundreds of degrees! Your chicken at best is room temperature around 70 degrees hundreds of degrees cooler than the pan. If the pan is 400 degrees what does it matter if the chicken is 330 or 370 degrees cooler? You bring it to room temperature so the inside takes less time to reach 165 as the exterior hits closer to 200 or 220 degrees
These are the cooking videos I truly love, I think it's good to try advance recipes when you start cooking, but there is so much value in learning how to properly let the ingredients shine, thank you for making these type of videos all my chicken thigh recipes are tastier now
This video ages well, you are awesome Bobby!
Hi. This chicken recipe looks delicious. I think I’ll make it tonight. Thank you for the great videos, especially the ones that let us know what foods and personal products we buy our unhealthy for us. You also give us healthy alternatives. 😊
What temp are you doing when you initially fry the chicken skin for the first method? I’m going for medium heat and it’s burnt after 3 minutes
Pulling me through college years 😂
It looks yummy. Can I have the recipe
I’m going to assume you cleaned that chicken first
475 seems really high how is that chicken not burned
What’s the best way to bring the chicken to room temp since you mentioned never to put cold chicken in a hot pan? (Which I never knew!)
Please change the Azaz’s chair. Arm is broken.
What was the oven temperature in the first method ?
