  1. Cook that rice separately and cook it soft with some fat trimmings and the same spices. Use little or no salt in the spice mixes. Now you can feed diabetics and hypertensives so they can eat with dignity. Add the riced-jambalaya and the unriced-jumbalaya into their own serving pots, just like we'd do for regular and decaf customers. Brings in plenty Mo Biz. More than 50% of veterans need no/low-sodium or no/low-carbs, BTW.
