🥚 Egg Muffin (makes 6):
130–150 kcal | 11g fat | 10g protein | 0.8g carbs

🥓 Simple Eggs & Bacon:
750 kcal | 58g fat | 55g protein | 2g carbs

🥩 Meat Rolls (Slavinken) (makes 4):
260 kcal | 20g fat | 29g protein | 2g carbs

🧀 Cheesy “Sausages” (makes 4):
264 kcal | 19g fat | 24g protein | 1g carbs

🥩 Ingredients & Steps (Serves 1)

1. Egg Muffins 🥚
– 6 slices bacon
– 3 eggs
– 100g cottage cheese (~3.5 oz)
– 50g shredded cheddar (~1.75 oz)
– Cupcake molds

1. Roll 1 slice of bacon loosely into each muffin cup (6 total).
2. Air fry at 200°C (400°F) for 8 min.
3. Mix 3 eggs, 100g cottage cheese, 50g shredded cheese.
4. Fill muffin cups with mixture (~4.5 tbsp per).
5. Air fry at 180°C (360°F) for 10 min.
6. Optional: add cheese on top & cook 1–2 more min.
7. Remove and enjoy.

2. Simple Eggs & Bacon 🥓
– 4 eggs
– 100g bacon (~3.5 oz)
– Optional: shredded cheese for topping

1. Cut 100g bacon into pieces (or leave whole).
2. Add to lined air fryer & cook at 200°C (400°F) for 8 min.
3. Stir bacon at halfway (4 min).
4. Scramble 4 eggs (or crack them in whole if lazy).
5. Pour eggs over cooked bacon.
6. Cook at 180°C (360°F) for 12 min.
7. Optional: top with shredded cheese for last 2 min.

3. Meat Rolls (Slavinken) 🥩
– 300g minced beef/pork mix (~10.5 oz)
– 1 egg
– 12 slices bacon (3 per roll)

1. Mix 300g minced meat (beef/pork) with 1 egg.
2. Lay 3 slices of bacon in a cross pattern (precise instructions in video).
3. Place meat in center & fold bacon to wrap.
4. Repeat for 4 rolls.
5. Air fry at 180°C (360°F) for 18 min.
6. Flip halfway. Done!

4. Cheesy “Sausages” 🧀
– 300g minced beef/pork mix (~10.5 oz)
– 1 egg
– Hard cheese sticks (like gouda or cheddar)
– Optional: extra bacon to wrap

1. Mix 300g minced meat with 1 egg.
2. Cut hard cheese into finger-sized sticks.
3. Flatten meat into small patties on cutting board.
4. Place cheese in center, roll & seal edges.
5. Optional: wrap with bacon.
6. Air fry at 180°C (360°F) for 18 min.
7. Flip halfway. Done!

  3. Just curious if you, do any of these or all of them taste good cold, such as next day or 2 days later stored in the fridge? I personally like cold steak sometimes, hopefully these are good cold as well. Also I use Fritaire Glass air fryer with stainless steel tray , due to not being toxic (like most non stick airfryers) , Is the paper and silicone, considered non toxic? Thank you.
