  1. I always have ground beef or rotisserie chicken, pasta, rice or potatoes, all seasonings to make almost anything we want to eat. After 52 years of marriage, I learned to have a fully stocked pantry and or freezer at all times. Blessings from Angie in Ohio 👍🤓❤️🙏🏽

  2. I would let the ground beef go a little while longer and get more colour. I think the the grease you soaked up in the very beginning of the video was mostly water given how cloudly it was and if you just let it sit a more bit, it'll just evaporate. That being said, I still sometimes dab off the oil that sometimes collects ontop of the sauce, but often even that can be "absorbed" by adding some water and letting it bind with the starch from the pasta.
In my experience at least! Great recipes nonetheless, always good to find these 4-in-1 videos! 🙌🙌

  3. I have made hamburger stroganoff for all of my 56 year marriage. It is a favorite of both my husband and I. A pound of ground beef, a can of cream of mushroom soup (no water). Cook those together until they are well blended. When the beef is cooking I add garlic, worchestershire sauce, black pepper and a bit of salt. One everything is blended and hot, add sour cream, probably almost a pint. Serve over cooked egg noodles or rice. Enjoy!

  4. I have made the cream cheese, chili, cheese mixture 2 ways for 50+ yrs. As a dip, I mix all of it together, even add some velveeta, warm it in a crock & eat warm with fritos. Can top with sour cream & diced tomatoes & jalapeños. As a snack, get small bags of fritos & cut the bags lengthwise. Ladle the dip mixture into the bag over the chips & top with cheese etc. Eat with a spoon. The bags are waterproof so no mess. These are called Pepper Bellies.

  5. There are several meals we ALWAYS have on hand. We always have quesadilla/taco makings, chili, and pasta (both Alfredo and spaghetti options). Everyone knows they are in there so anyone who wants to get dinner started can pick one of these easy go tos.

  6. My mom used to make the second one, for years. She called it Burrito Pie. It had refried beans, meat & cheese. Cooked in a pie dish. And she did have Frito’s added to the top. And some kind of red sauce as a layer too, like an enchilada sauce maybe. Since we were kids, I know it wasn’t salsa. I’m pretty sure it was a recipe that made the rounds amongst the mom’s in the early 90’s. Probably was featured somewhere 😂

  7. I spread cream cheese over bottom of 9×13 pan then pour a bottle of salsa over that spread all over then cover with cheese and bake at 350 for about 10 minutes it's a great dip my family loves we use tostitos or frito scoops it's so good.

  8. I'm sitting here eating cream cheese and chili with blue tortilla chips and here you are making it all pretty! I've always just mixed it up in a saucepan, one brick of cream cheese, 2 cans of chili, to e with jalapenos. It looks…. horrible lol… But it's so yummy! Yours is beautiful and would be much better for a party!

  9. What is at the end of your wooden spatula? I haven’t seen wooden utensils like this. I don’t like using wooden utensils but this is interesting, I feel wooden are clunky and just moves food around and don’t turn food over easily. I like the look of yours though.
