Tropical Mango Recipe:
1/2 cup frozen fruit (mine was mango pineapple)
1/4 cup greek yogurt
1 small banana
1/4 cup almond milk
1/2 cup fresh mango diced
1 scoop vanilla protein powder and/or 1 scoop collagen powder
Topping: Mango and nuts/berries (I used Power Up trail mix packet from costco)

Orange Blueberry Pistachio:
1 orange peeled
1/2 cup frozen fruit (strawb, pineapple, mango)
1/2 cup greek yogurt
1 small banana
1/4 cup almond milk
1 scoop blueberry protein powder
1/4 cup fresh blueberries
Topping: more blueberries and shelled pistachios

Red Raspberry Recipe:
1 small banana
1/2 cup raspberries
1/4 cup almond milk
1 scoop of superfood reds powder
1/4 cup blueberries
1/4 cup frozen fruit
optional 1 scoop protein powder

Green Spirulina Cinnamon Banana Recipe:
1 small banana
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp green spirulina powder
1/4 cup almond milk
1/2 mango diced
1/4 cup greek yogurt
1/4 cup mixed nuts/dried berries
