  1. I always have a can on hand. I use it wherever I use chicken. I add a can to a can of chicken noodle when I am in a hurry. Chicken salad..I also add real bacon crumbles to my chicken salad. It's so versatile and handy. I think I am going to try the pizza with pineapple. I think you are right. It would be sweet and savory.

  2. Have watched your videos and enjoyed them all. I use Rice a' Roni cooked and add the chicken and the broth from the can for flavor. Add extra teaspoon or 2 of Better than Broth Chicken flavor to the mix while its cooking down the liquid, We love it. Don't pour out the broth from the can of chicken. Thanks for sharing.

  3. I add celery and canned pickled diced jalapeños and sometimes put it on jalapeño cheese bagels. I sometimes add a pinch of thyme to enhance the flavor as well as the usual ingredients such as onion, garlic powder, mayo, etc I always use canned chicken.

  4. Thanks! I've been purchasing some items for my pantry (like canned chicken, canned potatoes) that I don't normally use, but are recommended for prepping. I know this is a challenge, but I would appreciate any ideas you might have for meals that can be made if the power goes out….meaning no ingredients from a refrigerator or freezer, nothing cooked in an oven, but perhaps over a grill or sterno heat. TY ps: thank you for having recipes that I think I can print out. most of us are going to be in a world of hurt if we depend on the internet/electricity and lose it.

  5. Yummy 😋, I make BBQ chicken pizza but swap the chiles for green onion and drizzle a little ranch dressing in with the BBQ sauce. Pineapple 🍍on pizza, yes! I prefer it with ham or bacon though rather than bbq chicken.😋

  6. I just found your channel a couple of days ago and am SO PLEASED that I am telling all my friends! I want to try the BBQ chicken on low-carb crispy lavash and no-sugar BBQ sauce to make it keto – except I might put some pineapple on a few slices, too! Thanks for sharing so much with everyone ;-D

  7. Mandy? Chicken and dumplings are a go to in southern cooking. I don't think I have seen you make them. Can you ? Rolled dumplings or drop dumplings? What would you make? My mother taught me my paternal grandmothers rolled dumplings. So I know that but it takes a while. Drop dumplings are easier but rolled are so much better. Your take?

  8. A couple things my mom used to make. Combine a couple large cans of chicken with either a can of cream of chicken soup thinned with some of the broth from the can or a couple jars of chicken gravy. Put in a 9×13 pan. Top with a can of biscuits – pillsbury buttermilk grands or you can use the cheap plain canned biscuits. Bake at 350 until the biscuits are browned. The other was a a pack of egg noodles cooked according to the package instructions. Drain the noodles. Add canned chicken, a can of cream of chicken soup, about 2/3 can of milk and 3 slices of American cheese. Frozen peas are also good in it. Gently mix and heat on low until the cheese is melted and everything is hot. You could also mix the cooked noodles, chicken, soup, peas, cheese, and put it in a casserole dish top with buttered bread crumbs or ritz crackers crushed with a little butter and Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 until hot and the topping is browned.
