1: KIWI GREEN SMOOTHIE 200 CALORIES
INGREDIENTS:
2 frozen bananas
1 fresh kiwi, skin removed
1 cup water
2 handfuls baby spinach
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
2: PEACHE GREEN SMOOTHIE 250 CALORIES
INGREDIENTS:
1 cups spinach
1 cups low fat milk
1 cups sliced peaches
1/2 orange peeled
Add all the ingredients, and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
3: VANILLA LIME GREEN SMOOTHIE 170 CALORIES
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
1 cup spinach leaves
1 teaspoons honey
1/2 banana, best frozen
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1/2 cup milk
Add all the ingredients, and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
4: AVOCADO BANANA GREEN SMOOTHIE 320 CALORIES
INGREDIENTS:
-1 banana (fresh or frozen)
-1/2 medium avocado
-1 handful of spinach
-1/2 chopped cucumber (peeled)
-1/2 milk
1 Tablespoon unsweetened peanut butter
Add all the ingredients, and blend until smooth. Enjoy!

These smoothies are absolutely poisonous for health coz anything sour never goes with milk n curd. Read our ayurvedas, these are contradicteries food. It creates skins and many other kinds of diseases in the long run.

How do you figure over 20 grams of sugar are healthy?
Theres still a lot of sugars in this and because they are liquid those sugars will get absorbed faster. I would say cut down the fruit by half everyone and double the spinach.

I just used an ordinary blender i have had for years and it still works great. I mainly use banana, kale, pear and kiwi. its really good 🙂

Soy milk is not a good option for weight lost. Use coconut or almond.

I like juice the most
The air in the blender is incorporated into smoothies as they are blended. This can cause the smoothies to become bubbly or foamy. One of the reasons some people become bloated after drinking a smoothie isn't because of the fruits or the vegetables but because the drink has a lot of air incorporated into it. I bought the Breville Fresh and Furious blender with the Vac Q attachment and my smoothies are now always creamy and smooth (with no excess air). The Vac Q is a pump that pumps the air out of the bowl before blending. I no longer deal with bloating afterwards and I enjoy the taste and texture of my smoothies a lot more. Any blender that has a pump attachment should work (research and find out which one is within your budget), but I just wanted to put this out there for those of you who shy away from smoothies because you think it doesn't agree with you.

Seems like all the dairy and fruit would shoot up the sugar levels of these drinks to quite high levels. Do you have any info on what the sugar numbers are per serving?
