You should go to Uncle Roger's channel, and find the video where he goes to Martin Yans house. Martin Yan will show you how to mince garlic in 0.2 secs 😆 It'll change your life!!

  3. Amazing tip I learned from another recipe is if you marinate the ground beef with a little salt and less than a 1/4 teaspoon baking soda per 500 gm for 20 minutes prior to cooking it tenderizes the ground beef similar to what they do for other Chinese cooking

  4. I love your recipes but have to say that your website is so cluttered with advertising that it takes FOREVER for the recipe to show. ALSO, NONE of your recipes would print. I'm very tired of "fighting" with all of this…

  5. I like that Claire ate the Pad Kra Pow with a spoon, apparently Thai people’s favorite utensil…and why you often don’t get chopsticks in Thai restaurants unless you ask. I think chopsticks are only more common in northern Thailand.
