Ingredients
2 eggs
1/2 cup low fat milk
1/2 cup water
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup white whole wheat flour
6 oz greek yogurt
6 oz mixed berries
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together to make the batter.
Pour 1/3 cup of batter onto a medium skillet and cook until both sides are browned.

2 Healthy banana cake 190 calories calories (8 serving)
Ingredients
1 cup white whole wheat flour
1 egg
3 oz greek yogurt
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp vegetable oil
2 tbsp honey
2 bananas
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
3 oz reduced fat cream cheese
2 oz greek yogurt
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp honey
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 350º F.
Spray an 8 inch square baking pan with cooking spray and set aside (i used 20cm x14cm glass baking dish).
In a blender, combine the bananas, greek yogurt, honey, vanilla, vegetable oil and egg. Blend until smooth, about 1 minute.
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, cinnamon, baking soda and salt. Set aside.
Pour the blended wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Whisk well until incorporated.
Pour the cake batter into the baking dish. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Allow to cool.
Once cooled, make the frosting by combining cream cheese, greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract using a handheld mixer.
Remove from pan and frost cooled cake. Cut into 8 squares and serve.
3 low calories brownies 100 calories (8 serving)
Ingredients
2 eggs
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp honey
1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup apple sauce
1/2 cup white whole wheat flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
Preparation
in a medium bowl combine eggs, vegetable oil, honey, vanilla extract, cocoa powder, salt, apple sauce.
In a second bowl combine white whole wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda.
Now pour the wet ingredients into the dry and combine all of the ingredients until smooth.
In an 8×8 baking dish (i used 20cm x14cm glass baking dish) add your batter and bake at 350 degrees for around 25 – 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Allow to cool.
Remove from pan.
Cut into 8 squares and serve.
4 Peanut butter cookies 210 calories (6 serving)
Ingredients
1 egg
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp salt
3 tbsp peanut butter
2 tbsp honey
1 cup white whole wheat flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
3 oz reduced fat cream cheese
2 oz greek yogurt
1 tbsp honey
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180c
In a blender add egg, vanilla extract, salt, peanut butter, honey and blend for 1 minute.
In a medium bowl combine white whole wheat flour, baking powder.
Now pour the wet ingredients into the dry and combine all of the ingredients.
Scoop out a spoonful of dough and roll it into a ball. Place the cookie balls onto a nonstick baking sheet.
Flatten the cookie balls by pressing a fork down on top of them, then press it down again at a 90º angle to make a criss-cross pattern.
Bake for 10-15 minutes or until the bottom of the cookies are golden brown.
Remove from baking sheet and cool.
Make the frosting by combining cream cheese, greek yogurt, honey, using a handheld mixer.
Spread a dollop of frosting onto the bottom of one cookie and gently place the second cookie on top.

Toast…fresh squueze juices, glass of cold milk chocolate…for me milk coffee with cain sugar is best dessert. It is important to eat what you like and consider how to make it more healthier. Portion size, and eating rthymh means lot too…no need to ve hungry…ear enough just change what you eat and how…also try to find ways of being active the way you like 15 minutes is better than none… walk library…go biking with your friends…find yoga or dance videos…start going gym or do garden with your husband…active can also be doing other things that sraight exercise what motivate you…make it simple for yourself…playing with kids at park is nice…go to art lessons…even sleeping is healthy…When you improve your sleeping and take time to rest you gain energy for good life changing habbit. And most biggest hint…It takes times dont try to changes everything once…give yourself time weeks, months or years.. It is your wellbeing…no hurry…then if you need pauses that is okay too…we are talking about life no diet you are waiting to stop. Value your life things, people and habbit which dont imorove bring happiness for you cut them down totally or make it less. If you are motivated to go gun 3 times a week that after gun week you can nyt hamburger or slice if cake etc. Do it…If you hate gym and running do something else. Thumbs up for healthier happier life…everyday, from Monday to Friday, weekends and holidays when you have more srength…or 2-3 Times a week…what I am trying to say you dont need to ve fitness guru to look after yourself and your family…
