Home made chicken soup recipe.

Ingredients:
• 4 cups water (پانی)
• 250g chicken (چکن)
• 3 tbsp chopped carrots (گاجر)
• 3 tbsp chopped green onions (ہرا پیاز)
• 2 tbsp corn flour (کارن فلور)
• 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste (ادرک لہسن کا پیسٹ)
• 1 tbsp cooking oil (آئل)
• 1 egg (انڈہ)
• Juice of 1 lemon (لیموں کا رس)
• 2 tbsp soy sauce (سویا سوس)
• 2 tbsp chili sauce (چلی سوس)
• 1 tbsp tomato ketchup (کیچپ)
• ½ tsp salt (نمک)
• ½ tsp white pepper powder (سفید مرچ پاؤڈر)

Recipe:
1. Mix the corn flour with ¼ cup of water until smooth. Beat the egg separately.
2. add 4 cups of water, chicken, carrots, ginger-garlic paste, cooking oil, salt, and white pepper powder in a pan. Mix well and bring to a boil.
3. cover the pan with a lid once it starts boiling and cook on low heat for 15 minutes.
4. After 15 minutes, remove the chicken, shred it, and add it to the pan.
5. Add soy sauce, chili sauce, and ketchup. Mix and cook for 1 minute.
6. Gradually add the corn flour mixture while stirring continuously. Cook for 1 more minute.
7. Slowly pour in the beaten egg while stirring.
8. Finally, add the green onions and lemon juice. Stir well.
9. Your healthy chicken soup is ready to serve!

Palak Chicken Recipe.

Ingredients: –
• 500g chicken (مرغی کا گوشت)
• 500g spinach (پالک)
• 2 medium-sized onions (fried) (پیاز)
• 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste (ادرک لہسن پیسٹ)
• ½ small bowl yoghurt (دہی)
• 2 green chilies (سبز مرچیں)
• 1 tsp salt (نمک)
• 1 tsp red pepper powder (لال مرچ پاوڈر)
• ½ tsp turmeric (ہلدی)
• 1 tsp dried coriander powder (خشک دھنیا پاوڈر)
• ½ tsp cumin powder (زیرہ پاوڈر)
• 3 cardamoms (سبز الائچی)
• 3 cloves (لونگ)
• 1 cinnamon piece (دار چینی)
• ½ tsp cumin seeds (زیرہ)
• 15 whole black pepper (ثابت کالی مرچ)
• ½ tsp garam masala powder (گرم مسالہ پاوڈر)
• ¼ cup oil (آئل)

Recipe: –
1. In a pan, heat oil and add cardamoms, cloves, cinnamon, cumin seeds and black peppers. Fry them for some seconds.
2. Add ginger garlic paste, and chopped green chilies and fry for a minute.
3. Then add chicken and fry for 3-4 minutes until the chicken changes its color.
4. Now add all the spices and cook again for 2-3 minutes.
5. Turn off the flame and add yogurt and fried onion.
6. Mix them well and on medium flame, cook them for 4-5 minutes.
7. Add spinach, cover the pan, and on low flame let it cook for 2 minutes.
8. Now mix it properly and again cover the pan and let it cook for 10 minutes on low flame.
9. Add garam masala powder and on medium flame cook for 4-5 minutes.
10. Delicious Spinach Chicken is now ready to be served.

Chicken jalfrezi recipe.

Ingredients: –
• 500g boneless chicken (بونلیس چکن)
• 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste (ادرک لہسن پیسٹ)
• 1 large-sized tomato puree (ٹماٹر پیسٹ)
• 2 eggs (انڈے)
• 1 tomato (ٹماٹر)
• 1 medium-sized onion (پیاز)
• 1 medium-sized capsicum (شملہ مرچ)
• 2 tbsp soya sauce (سویا ساس)
• 2 tbsp ketchup (کیچپ)
• 1 tbsp vinegar (سرکہ)
• 1 tsp salt (نمک)
• 1 tsp red pepper powder (لال مرچ پاوڈر)
• ¼ tsp turmeric (ہلدی)
• ½ tsp dried coriander powder (خشک دھنیا پاوڈر)
• ½ tsp cumin powder (زیرہ پاوڈر)
• ½ tsp black pepper powder (کالی مرچ پاوڈر)

Recipe: –
1. Add 2 tbsp oil to a pan and then add ginger garlic paste. Fry until soft.
2. Add chicken and fry until its color changes.
3. Now add 1⁄2 cup water and cover the pan with a lid. On low flame let it cook for 10 minutes.
4. Add salt and black pepper powder to eggs and beat it. In a separate pan add oil and cook the egg and set aside.
5. Now add all the spices to the chicken. Mix well and cook for 2 minutes.
6. Add tomato puree and again cook for 2 minutes.
7. Now add ketchup, soya sauce, and vinegar. Mix them well.
8. Add the tomato, onion, and capsicum. And cook for 1-2 minutes.
9. Add the egg over it and your delicious Chicken Jalfrezi is ready to be served.
