4-ingredient High-protein Chocolate MoussešŸ˜ This mousse is super creamy and so yummy! Such a fun dessert ideašŸ˜‹ It has 14g protein per serving without the protein powder and with the protein powder about 20g!

Ingredients for four servings:
2 cups high-protein cottage cheese (400g)
4 – 6 tablespoons unsweetened cacao powder, to taste
4 – 6 tablespoons maple syrup or your favorite liquid sweetener, to taste
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
optional: 4 tablespoons (vegan) chocolate protein powder
•
toppings: raspberries & blueberries
•
1. Add all the ingredients into a blender and mix until creamy
2. Divide into jars or glasses
3. Let set in the fridge for 1 hour
4. Serve with berries of choice
