We challenged chefs of three different skill levels – amateur Jerry, home cook Kit, and professional chef Saul Montiel from Cantina Rooftop – to make us a tangy and tasty pulled pork sandwich. Once each level of chef had served up their creation, we asked expert food scientist Rose to explain the choices each made along the way – both good and bad. Which pulled pork is pulling your attention?

Not a smoker in site. Pathetic.
Saul is the best. I want to be his friend
Saul going for a my-lard reaction.
I smoke a pork butt for pulled pork.
Jerry's performance was absolutely dismal, where's the fun girl that usually does the amateur cooking? She's entertaining at least
Wanna be Kit's neighbours that always shows up LOL. Woman is an angel and full of love!!
usually the level 1 does a little better than that but he tried and it doesnt look bad, level 2 wins like always

Anyone who chooses sweet baby rays as there choice of sauce is gross
Don’t do this at home is akin to how I taught my final year of catechism. Why? Because the younger brother of a guy a ran with then knew enough of what we did that he the younger brother called me out so I said do I say not a do.
i love saul
Home cook lady sounds like she's explaining her plan to conquer the world
Level 3 is faaaar too fatty!
You are right Ms. Level 2 Chef, mayo is absolutely gross 🤝I'd rather use buttermilk, chives and a lil bit of dijon
Jerry automatically has the best pulled pork sandwich simply because he uses sweet baby rays.
"We want SMOOOOTH" LOL
I'm sure she touched a lot of meat before
She is so annoying

man i love saul! much love man!
I always enjoy these videos but I'd really prefer it if the level 3 chef would adhere to the same assignment, and if the level 1 cook would…uhh…try.
Sorry to the amateurs, but Saul’s just looks so g*damn amazing I wasn’t even listening/looking at the other 2.
Mouth watering!
