Ingredients for Mackerel cutlets
– around 1/2 kg fish(in this recipe I took 3 big mackerels)
-1/4 tsp turmeric powder
-1/2 tsp chilli powder
– cooking oil as required for shallow fry
-rava/semolina
-salt as per taste

Green paste ingredients
-Handful of coriander leaves
-4 to 6 green chillies(adjust according to taste)
-3 medium onions
-2 medium tomatoes
-15 to 20 garlic cloves
– dash of water

Ingredients for Prawns Pickle
– 1/4 kg prawns ( cleaned and deveined)
– 1 tsp mustard powder
– 6 to 8 big garlic cloves (crushed)
– 2 tsp chilli powder
– 1/2 tsp tamarind puree
– salt as per taste
– oil as required

Ingredients for mackerel recheado
– 2 big bangda /mackerels
– 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
– 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
– salt as per taste
– 1/2 cup semolina/rawa
-water as required

Ingredients for green filling
– 1 garlic onion
– 1 roughly chopped onion
– 4 to 5 green chillies
– 1 inch ginger
– handful of coriander leaves
– 4 to 5 small cinnamon pieces
– 1/4 tsp fennel seeds
– 5 to 6 cloves

Ingredients for prawns cutlet
-1/2 cup small prawns
-4 onions(finely chopped)
– 2 tsp chilli powder(adjust as per taste)
-1/4 turmeric powder
-small piece of tamarind
-2 to 3 tsp rawa/semolina
-corriender leaves(finely chopped)
-water as required
-salt as per taste
