Leroy and Lewis is one of the most talked about BBQ Spots in the country, and after experiencing it first hand myself, it really lives up to the hype! Food, service, ambiance, L&L s a serious competitor for the coveted #1 Spot on the Texas Monthly top 50 (coming out in about a month) I really appreciate Evan, Sawyer and the whole L&L team for opening up their space so I could film and share their story.
Also HUGE shout out to JRPH (Instagram link in bio) for letting me use footage throughout the project! I think it really made this one special!
Next episode is going to be another banger y’all don’t want to tip my hand just yet, but I know you guys are gonna love it! Also, I have some exciting surprises coming this summer. So make sure to subscribe and hit the notification bell so you don’t miss the announcements!
Take care, y’all! 🤠
First BBQ with a star… that is awesome!
sorry guys…they hand out stars to everyone…this award lost its real meaning LOOOOOOONNNGGGGG ago.
Wasn't Interstellar BBQ in Cedar Park a Michelin Star restaurant as well?
I work as a cinematographer, and I also love BBQ. This was beautifully made! Great work. Love your videos. Please reach out if you ever need anything!
Crème fraîche lol
Yum! Looks delicious.
Was there in March. Amazing food. Just watching the care that went into the prep of my platter was incredible. Well worth the wait.
Holy shit. This is top level production value. Incredibly smooth and the images captured were stellar.
I feel on your chicken you missed 2 massive points. Wet brine- buttermilk, salt, sugar, tobasco, pickle etc to deep penetrate the meat. Then no dry brine thereafter. Just a shot of salt on top will never get deep penetration. Facts. Rest of the food fire. But chicken to the wayside.
Man, you guys 100% nailed it. Loved this video and much admiration for that team.
Ant,
Excellent video! The variety and novelty of foods at L&L is always amazing! I wonder if this will shoot them to #1. You didn’t even get to their elaborate drink menu. The only problem is how can they become #1 after Bradley Robinson and Joe Yim are gone?
Keep up the great work!👍
Glad Bradley Robinson got a mention in there
❤❤❤❤
No, never buy made-in, they have terrible quality control.
😂 this guy clearly has done zero research on the history of Michelin.
Several dishes other than bbq that I already know I'd order many times before I ordered any bbq. Them BIG TEXAS STEAKS looking damn good!!
I can't wait to make it there❤
THIS IS A GOOGLE REVIEW SOMEONE LEFT lmao good grief: This place is trash, I believe people are blinded about them having a michelin star thinking they are good. Brisket was dry, chicken was too salty, sausage tasted nothing but lighter fluid. The Frito pie and potatoes were salty and dried out. I’m disappointed on how anybody can also mess up on banana pudding too. Also, we came on a Thursday to try out the so call special of chicken fried steak, disgusting, more breading and gravy than anything with plain potatoes and one roll. Not worth $26 so don’t waste your money on that so call special. Please don’t call this place the best bar b que, Bill Millers is way better than this place.
Food: 1/5 | Service: 1/5 | Atmosphere: 1/5
I believe they only got that ridiculous "star" because its Austin what a ridiculous weirdo city 🤣🤣🤣🤣
