  2. Hey sweet friend, I haven't had a chance or felt like being on here as I ended up in the e.r. with what I thought was an UTI but was admitted Friday and am still here. My blood pressure won't cooperate, they say I have colitis and my potassium was non existent. My whole body was just one big spasm. I couldn't walk…If you wouldn't mind to pray for me. I've never been this sick

  3. Happy Monday Sweet Sammi. So many good recipes to try. There's always ground beef in my freezer so these type of recipes are always helpful. I was happy to see your two little assistants in the kitchen just in case you needed any help! Have a blessed week ❤️🐕🐕

  4. Thanks for sharing! I have a very hard time coming up with dinner ideas. The problem? We all have things we don’t like. I don’t like ground meat, but my husband and boys do. One of my sons hates cheese. My husband has been doing low carb and losing weight (and I should be doing that too) so don’t usually make pasta even though it’s quick and easy. I don’t like seafood. Anyways you get the idea. Sometimes I’ll make ground beef meals but I’ll eat a a salad or heat up some chicken. It’s a mess lol!
