These all look great. I wish I would have watched this while my company was here. I could have made one of these recipes for them. I probably would have had to double it. I was feeding five extra people for a few days. It seems like all I did was cook and clean my kitchen. My company is gone now and my house is back to peace and quiet. But my kitchen is a mess. And it’s probably going to stay that way until tomorrow. I miss my great grandson already.

Made the lemon chicken spaghetti tonight and it was delicious. Better as it wasn't an overwhelming red sauce. I'm looking forward to the other canned chicken recipes. Your cookbook would be interesting but I'm functionally blind and unable to read unless it is digital.

Thank you for these! I LOVE the Costco canned chicken. Literally never used them until my husband showed it to me in our first year of dating and holy cow…literally lifesavers! So good for sandwiches, casseroles etc.

You can def use canned chicken (or canned turkey) as a sub in any meal that starts with shredded cooked chicken. You might need to season it a little to really sub it for rotisserie but it's a great thing.
