1/2 cup orange juice

2. TROPICAL BREAKFAST SMOOTHIE
1/2 cup pineapples
1/2 cup mangos
1/2 cup peaches
1/2 cup orange juice
1/4 cup granola
1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
3. APPLE PIE SMOOTHIE
1 whole Apple
1 whole Banana
1/4 cup oatmeal
2 Tbs Walnuts
2 scoops Vanilla protein powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup milk
4. BLUEBERRY POWER SMOOTHIE
1cup blueberries
1 whole banana
1 Kiwi
1/2 cup mandarines or cut up oranges
1/2 cup Milk
1 Tbs Honey
5. AVOCADO SPINACH SMOOTHIE
1 small avocado
1/2 cup Spinach
1 1/2 tsp matcha powder
2 scoops vanilla protein powder
1 cup Milk
