Here is my preferred recipe from all the ones I’ve tried. Whatever your needs, counters, and humidity… this is a good place to start.
300g-350g 00 Flour
100g whole eggs
90g Egg Yolks
10g Salt
6g Olive Oil

Erm actually 👆🤓althoo similar fettuccine is slightly thicker than tagliatelle while being less wide.
