This week Sara Lynn Cauchon shares 5 Healthy Smoothie Recipes that are perfect for Breakfast!
5 Healthy Breakfast Smoothies — 1 For Each Day Of The Week
Monday — Yellow Smoothie
½ cup pineapple juice
½ cup Greek yogurt
½ cup frozen pineapple, diced
½ cup frozen mango
1 banana, chopped
1 tsp grated ginger
Tuesday — Orange Smoothie
¼ cup orange juice
½ cup vanilla Greek yogurt
1 small orange, peeled and frozen
½ peach, peeled and diced
1 carrot, grated
Wednesday — Red Smoothie
¼ cup almond milk
½ cup Greek yogurt
½ cup frozen raspberries
½ cup frozen strawberries
½ cup frozen watermelon
Thursday — Purple Smoothie
½ cup pomegranate juice
½ vanilla Greek yogurt
½ cup frozen blackberries
½ cup frozen blueberries
¼ cup cherries, pitted
Friday — Green Smoothie
½ cup orange juice
½ vanilla Greek yogurt
½ avocado, peeled
2 kiwis, peeled
1 handful of baby spinach
Add liquid to the blender first.
Add remaining ingredients.
Blend well.
Store in the refrigerator for up to three days.
Enjoy!

Great video. My husband is allergy to everything. Is there anything I can make for him. My favorite was the purple smoothie. Only cherries I have are pitted cherries. It looks lk I have to take the pits out.

Just bought myself a blender from Amazon, to start including smoothies into my diet. There’s just so many healthy & fulfilling recipes and variations to choose from.
Probably going to start with something like this: (the classic)

I don't understand why we need to add yogurt. How would it be without it?
For the Monday smoothie I didn’t have any of the liquid substitutes on hand. But I had lemonade and gave it a try and it’s actually amazing! For those who would want to change it up, that’s an idea!
I hate yogurt. I'll try ice cream.
