5 Ingredient Smoothie Recipes:

PEANUT BUTTER & JELLY SMOOTHIE
-1/2 frozen ripe banana
-1 cup frozen strawberries
-1 TBSP natural peanut butter (I like ones with a sea salt)
-1 TBSP Chia Seeds
-1 cup coconut milk (from carton)

MANGO SUNRISE SMOOTHIE
-1/2 frozen ripe banana
-1 medium carrot peeled and chopped
-1 cup frozen mango chunks
-1/4 lemon juiced
-1 cup coconut milk (from carton)

GREEN DETOX SMOOTHIE
-1 frozen ripe banana
-1/4 english cucumber chopped
-1 cup kale chopped
-1/4 cup cilantro (small handful)
-1 cup filtered water

ANTIOXIDANT SMOOTHIE
-1/2 frozen ripe banana
-1 small steamed or raw beetroot chopped
-1 swiss chard leaf with stem
-1 cup frozen mixed berries
-1 cup coconut milk (from carton)

MINT CHOCOLATE CHIP SMOOTHIE
-1 frozen ripe banana
-1/2 frozen ripe avocado
-1/4 cup fresh mint (small handful)
-1 TBSP coconut chips (can use carob or cacao chips)
-1 cup coconut milk (from carton)

  1. My own recipe: ORANGE DRAMA
    1/4(quarter) or a few teaspoons of lemon, depending on preference to how sour over sweet you like it, but worthy of adding nonetheless
    2/3 strawberries
    5 blueberries
    1 big juicy orange pepper
    Half or full glass of water

    This makes one glass so ration how you please, it's full of tasty goodness. I checked and I'm now the first orange drama to lose her smoothie virginity, proud owner of this recipe.

Thanks so much for sharing your yummy smoothies recipe, I am planning to start from tomorrow as my breakfast, one question though, once it's made how much longer can we keep before consuming I know straight away is best but wanted to know for how long we can keep it, thanks again, have a blessed day
